  • Who is the Nyfti Membership for?

    Nyfti membership is beneficial for anyone who makes use of integrated softwares with Xero such as business owners, accountants, auditors, app integrators, software developers, business consultants, etc.

  • What makes Nyfti resources different from other available knowledge bases and software implementation courses?

    Our membership resources focus on data and the flow of data between softwares, where most software-specific support pages focus on one standalone software and its singular use and functionality. we look at the bigger picture - the whole tech stack.

  • Does the Nyfti membership include unlimited email support?

    No, members can post unlimited queries on the community forum, and receive support from Nyfti consultants, but direct email support or consultations are not included in the membership.

  • What if my competitors are also part of the Nyfti community and I don't want them to know what I'm working on?

    The Nyfti community is a circle of trust and we are here to help each other - if you prefer more private support, you can schedule a private consultation with a Nyfti consultant at an additional fee.

  • What if I want to add more team members from my business or practice to the Nyfti membership?

    Memberships are per business. If you would like to add more staff members to the Nyfti Community Forum you can pay an additional fee per user per month for the period required.

  • Does Nyfti need access to my software to assist me?

    No, we will only request access to your software if you log a private support query or consultation. All support queries handled on the Nyfti Community Forum will be on a high level and mustn't include any private information that shouldn't be shared.

  • How do I use my promotional coupons and what can I use them for?

    Your promotional coupons will be valid for a year and will provide 3 users with discounted access to content on the Nyfti Academy. These users can be anyone from the practice, whether it's the same person or 3 different people. Your coupon can be added to the checkout page to apply your discount.

  • Do I need to be located in a specific location to benefit from the Nyfti resources?

    Nyfti is a South African based company, we mainly service the EMEA region - this does not mean the content provided cannot be utilised or add value in other regions, the principles remain the same, the examples we provide might just differ from your region.
