• How does payment and subscriptions work?

    Our online payment is secure and we make use of Thinkific Payments powered by Stripe. If it is your first time buying one of our products you will be prompted to provide personal details to create an account, if you are buying a second product it should recognise your email and ask for your password. For subscriptions to memberships the amount will be deducted from your account monthly or annually depending on the type of subscription.

  • When or how do I access the products I bought?

    Once you pay you will get access to your purchases immediately. On the Thank you page you can click the 'Start Learning' button to access your purchase or sign in to Nyfti Academy.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you wish to cancel any of your subscriptions please sign in to your Nyfti Academy account, click on your profile top right, click My Account and then go to the Billing section, you will have the option to cancel there.
