• Who is the Academy for?

    The content available on the Nyfti Academy is specifically developed for accountants, auditors, bookkeepers, business owners, business consultants and software developers, but anyone who wants to understand integrated software applications and financial data better will find value in our courses.

  • How does payment and subscriptions work?

    Our online payment is secure and we make use of Thinkific Payments powered by Stripe. If it is your first time buying one of our products you will be prompted to provide personal details to create an account, if you are buying a second product it should recognise your email and ask for your password. For subscriptions to memberships the amount will be deducted from your account monthly or annually depending on the type of subscription.

  • When or how do I access the products I bought?

    Once you pay you will get access to your purchases immediately. On the Thank you page you can click the 'Start Learning' button to access your purchase or sign in to Nyfti Academy.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you wish to cancel any of your subscriptions please sign in to your Nyfti Academy account, click on your profile top right, click My Account and then go to the Billing section, you will have the option to cancel there.

  • Can I claim CPD points for courses completed?

    Yes you can. Courses are not globally pre-accredited. The relevant regulatory body ultimately decides whether the activity qualifies or not.

  • How do I claim CPD points for courses completed?

    We provide a pre-populated, downloadable CPD application form & completion certificate for each learning activity. The member should follow the guidelines provided by the relevant regulatory body for approval.

  • Is the Nyfti Academy VAT registered?

    Yes, Nyfti (Pty) Ltd trading as the Nyfti Academy is registered for VAT in South Africa. If your business is VAT registered in SA please request a VAT invoice from our accounts team at [email protected]

  • Can I access content and courses from my phone?

    Yes! You can access the Nyfti Academy from your browser on your phone, it is mobile compatible. Even better, get the Thinkific App to access the Nyfti Academy anywhere, anytime, from your phone!
