  • Why is this knowledge base not part of Xero Central?

    Nyfti is a third party consulting agency that specialises in Xero, integrations to Xero, and the implementation of Xero Practice Manager. Nyfti is a registered, and award winning, app implementation partner and has done many XPM implementations on behalf of Xero for Xero Partners.

  • Will this knowledge base teach me to set up my own XPM?

    This knowledge base is not aimed at teaching you how to facilitate an XPM implementation from scratch, but it can definitely assist you in understanding the process and setup implications. The purpose of the knowledge base is to assist users with the maintenance, optimisations and reporting in XPM.

  • How do I get an XPM account?

    XPM, or Xero Practice Manager, is only available to Xero Accounting Partners. If you are already a Xero partner, you can contact your Xero Account Manager for assistance.

  • Why is this knowledge base subscription based and not an online course?

    We are constantly updating and adding content as we receive your feedback and requests, with subscription-based billing we can keep the content more interactive and provide subscribers with ongoing support. You can however only subscribe for a month, go through the whole knowledge base and cancel your subscription once you are through the content if you do not require ongoing support.
